Happy 1st Anniversary! (Saturday, August 5th 2017)
Be sure to mark Saturday, August 5th 2017 in your calendar being our
1st Anniversary day of arrival at Wainui!
We plan on marking the occasion with several
acknowledgements throughout the day.
There are already competitions available and in play on the
golf course, so, we’ll not add another, but, there will be a “Hidden Hole” Men’s and Ladies prize awarded at prize
giving as a special Anniversary bonus, no entry fee required.
The Golf Shop will also run a balloon pop for any purchaser…make
a purchase, pop a balloon, and
realize an increased discount or special prize.

Be sure to stop in the clubhouse before or following your
round and enjoy an Anniversary cake nibble on us and reflect upon the year that has
passed and the exciting year ahead!

your fellow Members at prize giving and stay for our Anniversary Happy Hour(s)
social between 5:30 and 7:30 p.m. in the Trubridge Room culminating with a few fireworks viewed from the deck, weather permitting.
Being this is traditionally the Paper Anniversary celebration
we are asking for Members to submit a “headline” on paper they believe will
reflect what Wainui will be renowned for by August 5, 2021, marking our fifth
Anniversary.
These headlines will be gathered together and placed in a time
capsule to opened in four years from now.
