Did this original 2009 'WAINUI MASTER PLAN' intentionally misrepresent the status of this land and these future housing sites to the somewhat naive members of the Peninsula Golf Cub ?
NOTE: In 2009 there was nil indication of any housing alongside the #4 fairway

CAN ANYONE PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW ANY OPPORTUNIST PROPERTY DEVELOPER, NOW SELLING THIS LAND, HAPPENED TO OBTAIN OR RETAIN OWNERSHIP OF THESE 16 EXTREMELY VALUABLE BUILDING SITES ALONGSIDE THE 4th FAIRWAY WHEN THIS FARMLAND WAS BEING ACQUIRED FOR THE PENINSULA GOLF CLUB?
IF THESE 16 HOUSING SITES HAD NOT BEEN....

16 housing sites @ $789,000 = $12,624,000
DOES IT ADD INSULT TO INJURY THAT THE MARKETING OF THESE EXPENSIVE HOUSING SITES ADJACENT TO THE WAINUI GOLF CLUB'S 4th FAIRWAY ALSO APPEARS TO INDICATE THAT THESE 16 UNIQUE PLOTS WERE BEING SOLD ON BEHALF OF THE 'WAINUI GOLF CLUB' ?
THOSE WHO ARE MORE OBSERVANT & QUESTIONING OF THE INFORMATION AVAILABLE ON THIS BLOG SITE MAY BE ASKING THEMSELVES....
"AS THESE CURRENT 16 BUILDING SITES ARE NUMBERED 13 to 28, WHEREABOUTS ARE THE NUMBERS 1 to 12 LOCATED?"
AND WHAT WILL BE THE "FOR SALE" PRICE WHEN THESE 12 SECTIONS EVENTUALLY BECOME AVAILABLE?
